The fire bike after it has been put together.
The tanks were new. The fenders are the original ones. We stripped the fenders, bodyworked them and the tanks.
Since Kyle is a fireman what better than real fire.
The new tanks had some bodywork that needed done. They all do. Once the parts were in primer they were blocked and reprimed. Then wetsanded with 400 grit.
Once the parts were wetsanded with 400 grit, they were painted black and cleared. Then they were wetsanded with 1000 grit and airbrushed and cleared again.
Once the parts were airbrushed and cleared thay were sanded and polished. There was a total of 47 hours in this job.
We welded in a bodyline on the front fender.
