We took a 100th anniversary V rod and custom painted it.
I removed the emblems and used the original harley paint as the base for the artwork. Steel panels, rivits, rust, fire.
This is a pretty economical way of cutom painting your bike. If you can use the original factory paint as a base you save alot in labor.

Fire on the breather cover. I call it the tank but it is actually a cover for the breather box. Its designed to look like a tank.
This job was done with House of Kolor kandys and I used Dupont Chromapremier clear.
This job took a total of 24 labor hours start to finish.
This is what it looked like when we started on it. Jeff took it apart and brought us the pieces.
